Commencement 2024The undergraduate and graduate commencement ceremonies will be one combined ceremony at 10 a.m. on Sunday, May 5, 2024.View the Commencement program here. Commencement Rain PlanUPDATE: Due to today’s continuing rain and the anticipated forecast, the decision has been made to move tomorrow’s Commencement Exercise to Laird Hall.All guests, except for small children who will be sitting on someone’s lap, will need a paper rain ticket to gain entry to either Laird Hall or the two livestream locations on campus – Brooks Science Center auditorium and Alumnae Chapel.Due to limited seating, students will be given a total of 7 guest tickets.• 3 for Laird Hall (where the ceremony will occur)• 2 for Alumnae Chapel (livestream location)• 2 for Brooks Science Center Auditorium (livestream location)If you have not done so already, graduates may pick up their rain tickets beginning at 8:00 a.m. Sunday morning in the lobby of Lenfest. Friends and family cannot pick up tickets for graduates.Graduates should plan to arrive and begin lining up no later than 8:45 a.m. in front of Lenfest, under the portico. Staff from the Office of the Registrar will be available to assist.
